1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Oasis SoftApp Services website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the current version.
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides general information about Oasis SoftApp Services, its services, software products, solution areas, business identity and contact channels. It is informational and business-facing. It does not by itself create a binding client relationship, service contract, delivery commitment or commercial obligation unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Informational nature of content
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information about our services and products, but content here is general and may be updated, revised or modified at any time. Product descriptions, feature statements, timelines, service capabilities and implementation approaches may vary according to actual project requirements and final discussions.
4. Enquiries, proposals and discussions
Any enquiry, product discussion, support communication, estimate request or demonstration request made through this website is subject to further evaluation, feasibility review, scope clarification, commercial discussion and internal approval. No website communication alone constitutes acceptance, a delivery obligation or a confirmed engagement.
5. Service and product references
References to custom software, IT support, websites, Oasis platform products, GeoAttendance, eGovernance solutions, smart garage software or any other offering are descriptive and informational. Final scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, licensing, implementation responsibility and support terms are governed separately through proposals, work orders, quotations, invoices or other formal arrangements.
6. Intellectual property
All branding, text, visual layout, graphics, designs, icons, presentation structure, logos, software references and website content belong to Oasis SoftApp Services or are used with appropriate rights. You may not reproduce, copy, frame, republish, reuse, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website material without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website in any unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, misleading or disruptive manner, and not to attempt unauthorised access, extraction, interference, harmful scraping, misuse of contact channels, or any action that may damage the website, the business, or its technical or reputational interests.
8. No guarantee of availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent accessibility or complete suitability of the website for every purpose or user context. The website may be updated, revised, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice for maintenance, operational, security or business reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent reasonably permitted, Oasis SoftApp Services shall not be liable for losses arising from use of the website, inability to access it, reliance on its information, downtime, inaccuracies, omissions, third-party platform issues or communication delays. Visitors should apply independent business judgment before relying on website content for material decisions.
10. Third-party platforms and links
This website may reference or link to third-party websites, communication platforms or digital tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security or terms. Accessing them is at your discretion and subject to their conditions.
11. Confidentiality
Website enquiries and business discussions may involve sharing requirements, scope notes, screenshots or operational details. Any formal confidentiality obligation should be governed through a separate confidentiality arrangement, proposal document or contract where needed. General website interaction alone does not create a standalone confidentiality agreement.
12. Payments, delivery and commercial terms
Payment obligations, delivery commitments, implementation timelines, support scope, licensing, IP ownership, data handling commitments and service warranties for actual engagements fall outside these general website terms and are governed through separate commercial documents or contracts.
13. Oasis products and subscriptions
These terms also apply between Oasis SoftApp Services and a business that signs up for an Oasis product:
- Accounts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account and your team's accounts. Owners of an organisation must use an authenticator app.
- Trials and subscriptions. Each product starts with a free trial. Continued use after the trial needs a paid plan; prices and billing terms are shown before you pay, and invoices are GST tax invoices from Oasis SoftApp Services.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the products to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.
- Your data. Your business data stays yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it while your account is open.
- Suspension and closing. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or misuse after notice. You may close your account at any time.
- Liability. The products are provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
14. Changes to the website and to these terms
We may update or revise the website, its content, product references, service descriptions, design and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any specific contractual arrangement, general website-related matters may be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
16. Contact
For any question regarding these Terms & Conditions or the website generally, contact mail@oasisservices.in.

KashGenie schedule
These points apply to KashGenie in addition to the policy above. Where they differ, the more specific point here applies to KashGenie.
KashGenie's place in these terms
KashGenie is a product of Oasis SoftApp Services. The terms above apply to KashGenie and to this website, together with these points.
Plans, limits and read-only
Each plan sets how many users, branches, warehouses, counters and invoices a year your workspace may have. When you reach a limit, you can go on using what you have; adding more needs a higher plan, which you can choose at any time. If a trial ends without a plan, or a renewal stays unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see, print and export your records, but not add to them, until a plan is active again.
Your entries and your returns
KashGenie works out tax, totals, stock and accounts from what you enter. You remain responsible for the correctness of your entries — rates, HSN or SAC codes, places of supply, prices and quantities — and for the returns you file. Check the GST reports KashGenie prepares before you file them on the GST portal. KashGenie is software, not tax, accounting or legal advice; ask your accountant or tax adviser when in doubt.
Government portals
Features that use government systems (the GST portal, the invoice registration portal and the e-way bill system) depend on those systems being available and on the credentials your business gives. KashGenie is not responsible for delays or refusals by them.
Billing offline
Bills made while the counter or the app is offline are kept on that device until they are sent. Do not clear the browser's or the app's data, uninstall the app or reset the device while bills are waiting; the counter and the app show how many are waiting.
Access by your accountant
When you give a CA practice access, the people the practice allows can work in your books at the level you chose (view only, books, or full bookkeeping), never in your users, subscription or data export. You can withdraw the access at any time. You remain responsible for your books and returns, and the practice for the work it does for you.
Messages to your customers
Send WhatsApp and SMS messages only to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages use your workspace's prepaid message wallet and the templates approved for KashGenie. Do not use KashGenie to send unsolicited marketing.
Fair use
Do not use KashGenie to raise invoices for supplies that did not take place, to pass input tax credit that is not due, or for any other unlawful purpose. We may suspend a workspace used in this way and report it where the law requires.
