Why KashGenie
One entry, every number right
Most small businesses run on three things that never agree: a billing program, a stock register and the accountant's books. Every month someone sits down to make them match, and every year-end is a rush.
KashGenie started from a simple idea: if the bill is entered correctly once, the stock, the party ledger, the books and the GST return can all follow from it. So that is what it does — every bill, purchase, return and payment is posted as a proper accounting entry the moment you save it.
And because the accountant is part of every business, KashGenie is built for them too: a CA practice works in its clients' own books, with the review, the returns and the year-end statements in one place.
The name says what we want it to be for an owner: a genie for your cash — always knowing what came in, what went out, and what is owed.
