About the app
Does the app cost extra?
No. Every plan includes the app, the counter and the website. Each person in your team signs in with their own account, up to the users your plan allows.
Does it work without the internet?
The sales bill does: bills made offline wait safely on the device and are sent when the connection is back. Reports, accounts and settings need the connection.
Is my data on the phone?
No — your books live on our servers and are backed up there. The device keeps only your encrypted sign-in and any bills waiting to be sent, so a lost phone does not cost you your books.
Can my accountant use the app?
Yes. A CA practice signs in once and moves between its clients' businesses in the same app, at the level each client allows.
Is there an iPhone app?
It is planned. Until it arrives, iPhone users can sign in on the website in Safari.
